Are these laws published anywhere? I was harrased once for leaning against a flower bed! Leaning not stealing away or over it!!! Dont forget it was a Sunday and waiting for my date. Thank God i slipped away without even coughing. God intervened somehow - but its something i wont repeat... I had to urgue with the guy however!
