The figures are a bit far fetched and am sure Apple has excellent lawyers.

That said, however, it is hard for me (personal opinion) to feel for Apple coz they are so full of themselves with the whole 'we invented the world' attitude.

Their downfall will come when fanatics realise what they are paying for may not be any different from what the rest of the world has. Remember when Kencell used to charge like hell? Before people realised you can actually call on Safaricom?

I mean how long did apple expect to keep up with the court cases ...now the tables are turned ..... can some do a survey on how many cases are for and against apple and how much is at steak ?

Very soon they will have to come to agreements ... and hopefully influence a price drop on most devices if not all
