Hold on for a moment...I decided not to assume anything and went ahead to ask Safaricom what the speeds were.Just like they have been advertising,they said their speeds are measured in KiloBytes and not Kilobits!They told me that the max data cap is 512 KiloBytes which I have converted to 4096Kilobits/Second,see?Check out the attachment here to see a screenshot of our comm.
