"Toll free" concept must have died with Landlines :D I recall Unilever had until fairly recently, something to that effect. Most recently, I recall some 'Child Rights' group popularizing a toll free help-line accessible from mobile phone handsets. Come to think of it does the good old police line: '999' work from your mobile phone?
