Hi Skunks,<br><br>I work with a service/link provider. Most of the customers use two links terminated to our NOC provided by two providers. Mostly Fibre and serial.<br>By default, we usually use fibre as default. We usually manual change the route if the main link has issue`s to the backup link i.e serial.<br>
