[Skunkworks] Dispute with domain reseller

Hi Guys, I have several domains registered with kenyasoftnet.com I have wanted to transfer the domains but they have refused to help. (They have now resorted to not answering my calls) The domains haven't expired so there is no issue of renewal. What options do I have to force him into assisting - I beliv I have the right to transfer my domains whenever I want His service is poor and is causing me a lot of stress with clients Any help is highly appreciated Mike
