Kiania what do you mean clueless?
i know how to program networks and interfaces and write APIS and what we saw at the seacom landing site and base is a lot of hardware, wires and more wires! (Really amazing stuff and work!!) If that is what you mean by clueless yes i don't ^^*&%^ need to know how the bus or water pipe that ferries water looks like as long as i have good use for the water and i can sell it or better give it for free!
It was amazing to learn fiber optics jagon from Peter Ouko. Kudos!
