Instead of trying to fleece them with the contract why not be creative. Offer an extended support contract and charge for that (that will offer more services). Give then an option to purchase with source code and charge for that. Be creative! Don't just add zeros when you see Nokia. Everyone (including Nokia) wants to be treated fairly and to get value for money
