I went thru that process and the feedback I got from the KRA office is that fill in the required fields only i.e the ones with an asterix beside it. I did and had my pin in less than 5 mins. *using firefox* On Mon, Apr 6, 2009 at 11:35 AM, Odhiambo Washington <odhiambo@gmail.com>wrote:

Hard to miss the fact that the KRA online PIN application form requires the applicant to fill in: 1: Their FULL date of birth (dd/mm/yyyy) 2: Year of birth Whats the point really?
I tried it, using Firefox of course, and it asked me for my Mother/Father's details. WTF is that for? Not to forget I did not succeed. I have a PIN number so all I wanted was a password to access whatever they have there. Anyone succeeded on that?
