I find this debate highly disturbing. The onus is on the list owner to prove he / she is not spamming. If all it takes is complaining to the host, who / what stops everyone on bidii writing to the hosts to complain that skunkworks is spanning, or bidii, or young professionals, or any other list for that matter? Wouldnt this approach render groups vulnerable to their enemies?
