Access kenya: In terms of customer service, access kenya are the best. My link was down and within 2 minutes of calling support they called me back and held onto the line till they sorted me.
The link is stable but once in a while it behaves erratically.
KDN: speeds good, customer service not that good.
Zuku i hear they have a waiting list, so good luck with them.

Interesting,
@ndungu,for me,I spotted the place as potential(no mpesa within
8-10kms),developed the place,painted the premise(5m by 10m)started paying
rent, got a permit from the county council in the region, applied for safcom
to come and check the place. This is in Western Province. But my friend,to
date they have never appeared there, infact I feel it is like I gave them a
business secret!
Actually after posting this issue on skunkworks I got a response from a
couple of guyz in safcom,s mpesa department who asked me to call them so as
we may talk.I called one of them(a manager) and we scheduled a meeting and
we met.He took my details, asked me to send him pictures of the premise and
the application to open an outlet, which I did within a day or 2.After that
he never picks my calls 3 weeks down the line.
With this I wonder how Kenyans are going to live.I normally say that working
in a firm is an opportunity given to you at that time(Someone said this:you
never know what tomorrow carries, you might wake up and be told it never
rained the previous night,or zap is working harder, so your department has
to be closed)so for me give your best.Whenever you have an opportunity to be
honoured like safcom, you need to respond also.
I am closely watching the space to see who will be given a Go ahead by
safcom to start running there.
@Barrack I am also hoping to see a new Kenya. But it starts with us Kenyans.

Zuku -10!!!
Not to be rude or anything but "zuku biz" package takes ages (more like a
kidney transplant waiting list), paid for the connection on the 2nd and
still 21 days later am yet to be contacted and informed of the install date.
Worst part is they said it wouldn't take long since am already in a building
they consider 'fiber ready' and am getting used to being kept 5-10 minutes
on hold when i make an inquiry and my visit to their offices didn't make a
difference regardless of the promises i got.

Personally i think its either safaricom is getting too comfortable or its
their staff getting lazy, they are so many hicups and flimsy excuses from
them ,
i think they forget the customer should come first , their days are numbered

God is not an excuse for lack of discipline
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Our greatest fear is not that we are inadequate, but that we are powerful
beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that frightens us.There is
nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure
around you.As we let our own light shine, we consciously give other people
permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our fear, our presence automatically liberates
others.
