Please do..
I had thought that their ZTE router would allow VPN pass-through but it apparently doesn't. I was hoping that they have a different variant of the router which would allow this, but a techie there told me the only option I have is to install my own router, then they can configure theirs in "bridge" mode and let my router take control of the traffic.
I did not want to spend more money on this site as what I needed to work - a VPN phone - should easily work as long as the router allows vpn-passthrough.
we hve staff using jtl but they are unable to access intranet services and vpn...ill copy the communication from their support team

Just want to share ideas.
