Paul, its not the IP. Its the Bank you are using which determines it. If you are in the UN and you are using UNFCU as your bank sawa. just a thought - a socks proxy on an ssh tunnel to a machine in usa or
europe would circumvent their ip location tests - so mebbe we should
get together, we all share a virtual private server in the usa, which
