Brilliant idea...I once told guys in TZ that we can segment our activities in such a way that we can get those who can outsource projects, those who can break deals, others like consultants, developers of various products, analysts ,etc..who in one way or another can create a platform that would be self sufficient in a sense that there would be so many subs, outsource, etc. But guys out there think that they can list everything and can do all of them in whatever quality to the demise of the industry.I have seen someone can take anything, even a cheap project in remote area, where support would never materialize..unless they hire techies to be located in every county doing nothing. Well, cannibalism would is a serious issue at least at the beginning before groups can find right members. In Kenya I think guyz should learn the harder way how,to direct clients to his fellows for services they cant offer, and those fellow should learn how to pay back either thru commissioning or thru referring back clients . I normally find it very funny in Nairobi when someone is insisting that I should give specs so that he can go to like 10th street, just to pic one thing that would not necessarily be my last choice. Most of the time guys stubble with this mentality when I want to see the available collections. You know sometimes one needs to know the latest, the most powerful ,and decide for the optimum combination...and that is where showrooms stand out .A Customer have something to do his personal maths.. I wonder why these guys cant establish a referral system that could make them relax a little bit.Like picking up commission later, or contributing to a symbiotic referral around just like drivers can help out traffic flow,by let other pass. This is supposed to be in either the general public or under the same roof. -- Regards, Nicholas Peter.* ..............
