Today I visited the Brazilian Embassy in Nairobi where met a very kind lady, whom requested me to send word out to all those planing to attend the subject meeting to apply for their visas as soon as possible.

Civil society, Internet experts, government officials, regulatory interventionists, journalists, and all..... Don't wait until it's too late, I'd be so happy to hang out with you all at São Paulo (amidst a few caipirinhas?)
