Actually, with all the promos targeting prepay, I guess there's little(if any) to be gained signing a postpay contract....

I disagree - I dont think it has anything to do with the "African Market". The reason there are many prepaid customers is because postpay really has nothing to offer that would attract prepaying customers to the other side. I think it's more of a chicken and egg scenario.
So should safcom offer a better deal first to attract the prepaying customers or should they wait for enough people to join the postpay bandwagon to warrant their offering better deals?
