Maybe not... i dont know about this particular service -- but Zain have a similar thing which I have seen some NGOs using in the field. Its basically SMS without 160 char limitations -- you can send long SMS which gets transformed to email. The carrier charge (if i recall correctly ) irrespective of length was that of a single sms. ashok
