The reason Indians seem to have better skills where programming/coding is concerned is simply pulling resources and knowledge sharing. These guys hold something similar to iHub and exchange ideas based on what someone has been doing over time, after the presentation the product is tested and questions are asked. The developer in this case learns alot during this face to face meeting in the end the dude is hired as a consultant paid in the millions. Kenya???? needless to say anything<br>
