If you applied for the PIN online, they they sent you your PIN with
your password and signature(as a JPEG).
This means you have no reason for talking about misplacing the PIN,
unless you erased the 'KRA ITMS' labelled email sent to you.
If the process of acquiring your PIN was manual, then pay the nearest
KRA office or send an email to controlroom@kra.go.ke with all your PIN
details.
