I think without a doubt that if you braodcast from Kenya you need a
licence. I will check what the amended Act states and also the
exsisting and proposed regulations.....
I do not know what happens in practice, perhaps someone from CCK, the
licensing body would know better...

Thanks all for your valued inputs.

Got to say with all these different opinions, I'm somehow lost mainly when it comes to running the online media streaming as a business entity and where the local laws apply considering the Kenyan locality.

I welcome more input especially where ICT and Business laws apply.
