
I always have this idea that if potential employers posted the salary range for a position, they would save themselves and the potential applicants a lot of time and effort. To which an employer would say; *we offer a salary commensurate with the experience of the applicant...* Which I think is crap because they have a HARD limit on the salo they can pay regardless of the experience of any applicant. So why not give a range? E.g. from the legal minimum to that HARD limit? But then again, I am not an employer so I wouldn't know any better.
