Hey Antony, Good to know about Nokia, Alcatel Lucent has also been using Linux on their recent PABXs. Kudos to Cisco though, I could do somehting with $100,000! I believe Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unity (& Connection), Cisco Contact Center and Cisco Telepresence Multipoint Switch all run on Linux. Interesting read, but i would add and say Cisco is joining the others, Nokia has been doing that for a while for some of the telecommunication equipments.
