On msa road, just part city cabanas on the way to town, there is a new building which juzi put up the sign "ICT Business Park", maybe someone already thought of a Silicon Valley. eMobilis Mobile Technology Academy www.emobilis.org is now offering the MIT/Nokia Joint Entrepreuneurship program which is a program created by Nathan Eagle, an MIT professor in conjunction with Nokia. The program basically trains students on how to create mobile based applications, for commercial purposes (eg inventory management software systems for dispersed stores, running on J2ME platform, create games to sell on Apple Store or Nokia Ovi Store online, RSS over mobile etc). Its a brilliant program.
