---<br>Since you get a text confirming successful conversion to bundle, you have nothing on them legally because in this case you did not get it. Their only sin is it took them forever to convert. <br><br>Because this does happen once in a while, the system should probably reject and prompt you to try again later instead of accepting and delaying the conversion process.<br>

<br>Is there a way for redress with Safaricom?  They&#39;ve stolen from me, buy deducting my KES 999 and not allocating me the bundle, making me to use my reserved airtime instead!<br clear="all"><font color="#888888"><br>
