Can it tell us how many questions William Ruto has asked?

Can it tell us who has not asked any questions

Can it tell us how many bills are outstanding and who moved them?

Can it tell us who votes yes and who voted no for the censure of Amos Kimunya?

That is what a good parliament site should tell us.

Thank you for asking these. In my response to the initial post, I had to narrow down on what I had written and post only a general observation because I thought people would find what i had written as being a bit controversial:-
