This however doesn't threaten local developers if their code is good. They just need to also sell internationally and compete on a global scale in terms of price and quality. Eventually more and more people will adopt using software, much more than there are developers so every serious dev will get a good bite off the cake, plus there will still be those people who require specialized, custom built systems.
