I have been experiencing the same for 2 weeks now. I do not know where the problem lies Google's Side or Recipients ISP but i highly suspect the later( Recipients ISP) Currently i only experienced this error in delivery for clients whose emails are hosted with 1. Access Kenya 2. Safaricom
From the power of deduction fault might be at ISP side.
