Wild shot: Try the Huawei Modem Unlocker. <br><br>I use that successfuly with the Huawei E173 model. <br>The tool temporariry unlocks the modem for use &amp; has to be run each time you plug in the modem.<br><br>Screenshot of the tool in question attached.<br>
