So can u achieve the weblogic cluster without clustering the Linux OS On Sat, Jan 11, 2014 at 8:40 PM, Moses M.G <mouzmuyer@gmail.com> wrote:
Hi Ken,
Not only can you cluster Oracle Weblogic on Linux but also any other major platform(I can confirm Linux, Windows and Solaris)! You need to install the additional domains on different ports e.g 7001,7002,7003 then install an additional component called Weblogic Proxy. There are many instructions online on how to go about it but I can assist you on one of these days when I'm not too held-up feeding and caring for my production clusters! :) On 11 Jan 2014 13:07, "Ken Yanski" <skunkazi@gmail.com> wrote:
Can weblogic be clustered at the application level only without doing an OS cluster or must you cluster the underlying OS to achieve this?
