It took me abt 30s to grasp what its about, just abt the same time it took me to skim that section under "what is" I noticed that the title of your homepage is "Youjenzi | Sign in with your email", that might work against you. Btw, if, somehow, you were able to use pictures of real projects in the slideshow, e.g. Thika Greens, Longonot Gate, Bahati Ridge etc, you might get more engagement from visitors, from me at least. As someone mentioned on this list a long time ago, users can put up with incredibly painful designs, so long as the content is worth it, but not the other way round.
