Greetings Everyone, My take is that it all depends on the policy of the Company. Having cleared College with a Diploma Cert in Nov 2008. I got my second Internship with a Private Software Firm and several months later I got a job with them. The Management Team was open-minded and were keen to absorb young people who could deliver. Even though I had a Diploma with no IT Certification, they still gave me a chance(Internship>Job) and with time I gave back Brilliant work!!!
