Good people I want to upgrade our PABX system and I need the best in the market considering the following; 1. What type of PABX ( the brand and model) they have, how many extensions it services, what maintenance it needs and how long they have had it 2. What are the pros and cons of it 3. What they paid for it in rough terms, and what they may be paying for it in maintenance terms monthly. 4. Whether they have considered a wireless PABX – (one that connects t extensions without wires but by wireless connection) 5. Whether it is upgradeable 6. Whether there is a way it can serve more than one office in different locations in Nairobi e.g. CBA westlands and CBA town. 7.
