Define "internet plan" If you are talking about a 'wireless' internet provider; pls get a microsim, the cheapest option and stay with Safaricom 3G. Wireless are usually free if you can get the password. Then tell him to wait until Orange and Zain unleashes their cheaper 3G -- and move there. Then wait until Safaricom unleashes their 4G - and end the wild-bits migration.
