There has being an issue with Zain's outgoing mail server (out.swiftmobile.co.ke) that you configure on your smart phone or outlook while using Zain modem... Mails are not going out since last week and the response is that there is a problem with the service. From last week that is a loss for most of us.
My question why can't Zain outsource a serious ISP who will take care of their customers if they are to give Safaricom com any competition?
Anyone working with swift or Zain on the list, maybe could tell us where the problem is, or when this is going to be sorted?
