country codes Top level domains are administered independently by their respective owners (in this case countries). For you to do this you have to find the registries authorized to offer registrations by the different countries. KENIC is just responsible for registration of the .ke domain and as far as i know they have not been authorized by any other country, say uganda, to administer their domains. You have to get the responsible registries and 1. find out whether they use the kenyan model or a flat model. they won't necesarily have say .co.ke domain 2. adhere to their requirements as ther stipulate e.g local presence in their respective countries kind regards, ken
