@Peter Im not quite sure I get your argument. Today here and now majority of kenyans have cell phones for the purpose of communication be it for business, or anything else that comes to mind. Thing is a cell phone has become pretty much like your set of house keys or even the ID. Looking at your argument, there are 2 [two] scenarios that come to mind - you live in Utopia - you are just out to read what people on this list have to say I really wonder what you'd make of this. A total stranger calls you, happens to be in a foreign country but since you answered the phone and you happen to be in Kenya he continues the conversation wanting to know how the country is doing. You spend almost an hour in this conversation before he hangs up indicating clearly he'd have wanted to talk more but since where he is its at night he wants to sleep while you get back to your work. All in all, when i get cheap call rates, then i can stop the idea of calling to pass precise and "concentrated" information which barely lasts a minute and probably yielding the wrong results or worse still the "please call me", I want to say clearly what i mean and ensure that the recipient of the information got it quite clearly.
