Had the same issue and this is how to sort it out
press the SHIFT +
INFO button on your remote control
then press the P+ and P- button
down together on your decoder and a
pop up screen would appear on your
television screen showing the UHF
channel and frequency. When the
screen appears kindly press the EXIT
button on your remote control then
confirm if all is well.

Hey Jayden,

I have also experienced the same issue on a friend's decoder i was setting up. To fix it simply press both P+ and P- buttons on the decoder  and a screen should show up then press exit button on the remote and that should fix it.

If the issue of getting stuck keeps recurring simply do a reset of the decoder form the advanced settings and i think that should sort it out once and for all.

Regards,

Edwin

Hi all,

I recently joined the mad rush to own a GoTV decoder.

However, mine is now stuck on only one channel i.e. CNN. The remote control is not responding, and neither are the buttons on the decoder itself.

Has anyone else experienced this issue before? It seems it is common with GoTV. I will not mind looking for an alternative decoder.

Thanks.
