Pre-4G is LTE or Mobile Wimax but these are usually branded as 4G.
These are operational in the capitals of Norway ad Sweden (LTE) and
Lithuania (mobile Wimax).
True 4G would be speeds around 1Gbps.
HSUPA is not even pre-4G. It is just another version of UMTS 3G. It is
not even branded as 4G. But go ahead - we can even call it 4G+ ;)
