Salut, I am unable to get a solution from the Internet. I wish to invite you to help. Problem: E220 Wireless 3G modem, from Safaricom does not connect. It asks for a PIN, and every time this is submitted, it disconnects immediately, asking for the PIN.
Is it really a "wireless" modem? Me thinks it is a USB modem.
The Error message I get after the modem is detected is "Wireless device does not exist or unavailable"
One thing I realized is that when you install that device from one of your USB ports, you will be forced to _always_ use the same USB port with it. Don't make a mistake that a USB port is just another USB port. Connect it to the same one you used when it was installed.
