@Martin, Thuggery ... ? .. thuggery is such a heavy accusation .. reserve those for the petroleum wheeler dealers who take of with billions .. If one steals 15 bob only, .. that is just a mere pick pocket .. max sentence is to palilia flowers hapo at the court house (picture CEO mowing the High Court Lawns) .. On a serious note: Their customer service has improved a lot .. twit or simply call them. It will be rectified asap.
