Hmm, that means 2 PRI/E1 cards, and at least KES 50,000 standing (monthly) charges. Do you by any chance work for one of the biggest corporations in KE, like KBL? :-) Most companies I can think of don't do two E1s. Plus, the fact is call rates are almost standard across networks so LCR doesn't make much sense anymore for Corporate/Postpay customers. On the redundancy part, how do you achieve that suppose to deal with it when the fiber is down? For me, I just modify a feature access code to reroute calls to my GSM gateways. Yeah 2 ISDN one to each provider that way you take advantage of Least Call Routing and Redundancy such that in-case one ISDN is down you are still reachable.
