
Week 5 just started, still waiting for a reply (essentially just a "yes" or "no" on whether they'll replace it on warranty) Thankfully, Antony has been of great help, so much that I've become very patient with the elusive reply from Bestel. We can only hope Benson takes heed of the feedback raised in this single thread, and that he will improve the customer service at his enterprise.
