The domain in question has MX records pointing to Accesskenya
The solution is doable with no BGP or any other dynamic routing protocol. BGP is a looooong shot in such a case.
Think they are relaying to you through 'MTA transport' or forwarding via local DNS names.
-> ASK YOUR DOMAIN registrar to point MX to your router IP with right priorities, eg provider A with priority/pref 5, and provider B with pref/priority of 10 or above.
-> Configure IP Sla if Cisco router. If firewall like cyberoam they have the option as well.
-> Do dNAT and point both static NAT entries to the email server.
option 2 -> Ask your provider to host your mails - "catch all" and POP there - a retrogressive move though.
