I just refuse to accept the premise that Government must be forced to accept one over another. Alex, let me put my thoughts in black and white. Let developers build applications and solutions and let the users decide which is better, more cost effective, more feature rich, more reliable etc. I have no intentions of collecting innovative local FOSS.
