[Skunkworks] PRSP registration

Hello guys. Can someone give me an indicative cost of getting licensed as a PRSP by CCK? Offlist maybe.... Just found out today that Mobile Operators have a requirement that they only give short code services to PRSPs which I think is kinda similar to KENIC's requirement that you be in their approved 'dealers' list before you can register a domain.
