[Skunkworks] Orange fixed plus speeds

Hi guys, Am using an orange fixed plus connection(huawei desktop and those old telkom wireless RUIMs) and was wondering if anyone else has used it to advise me on the speeds they are getting. Am downloading an ISO and cant get the speeds to go anywhere above 15kB/s. . .at this rate al spend a k on credit n it will take a day or two. . . .
