Are you sure? Its really weird, this is what I get when I follow the following steps
dial *180#
Welcome to Airtel Menu.
Reply with:
1 for Prepaid Data Bundles
2 for Unlimited data
3 for Prepaid Blackberry
4 Bizna
Then I reply with 1 and get the following
1. MB Bundles
2. Unlimited Bundles
3. BlackBerry
4. Internet Settings
5. Disable Automatic Renewal
The I reaply with 1 and get the following message
Please Select
1. to select data bundle
2. to Check bundle status
3. to disable automatic renewal
Then I get the following after replying with 2
Your Prepaid Data Bundle 
Balance is 0.0 MB and the 
expiry date is 2011-06-01 airtel
I wonder if your behaves the same way for this exact sequence of steps.
It has been really weird with me for airtel. There was a time I received a call from the airtel adverts sms number and when I picked the call, nobody talked, then it hang up. It was then that it hit me that number was actually the airtel adverts message number.
I don know how this stuff happens.
