Am suprised Recover My Files can take upto a week. I hv eva used Easus but it took me 2-3 days for data of about 70GB, although it works only well for Video (AVI), Audio (MP3 and mayb others) and images

Try the opensource product testdisk....it comes with a companion product called photorec which is quite good at disk recovery.
