Hi right back. Did some diags on your mail setup, and found the following. All the stuff indented with } is stuff I typed at my console. } [root@home-bwmgr root]# telnet 41.215.59.106 25 } Trying 41.215.59.106... } Connected to 41.215.59.106. } Escape character is '^]'. } 220 pasico-east-africa.com ESMTP MDaemon 6.8.4; Thu, 19 Nov 2009 11:57:58 +0300 } helo } 250 pasico-east-africa.com Hello , pleased to meet you } mail from:smuchai@gmail.com } 250 <smuchai@gmail.com>, Sender ok } rcpt to:it.admin@pasicoea.com } 250 <it.admin@pasicoea.com>, Recipient ok } data } 354 Enter mail, end with <CRLF>.<CRLF> } test } . } 250 Ok, message saved <Message-ID: none present in original message> } quit } 221 See ya in cyberspace } Connection closed by foreign host. So the user does exist. } [root@home-bwmgr root]# telnet 41.215.59.106 25 } Trying 41.215.59.106... } Connected to 41.215.59.106. } Escape character is '^]'. } 220 pasico-east-africa.com ESMTP MDaemon 6.8.4; Thu, 19 Nov 2009 12:01:55 +0300 } helo } 250 pasico-east-africa.com Hello , pleased to meet you } mail from:smuchai@gmail.com } 250 <smuchai@gmail.com>, Sender ok } rcpt to:bogususer@pasicoea.com } 550 <bogususer@pasicoea.com>, Recipient unknown And the bogus user I tried above does not exist. But notice the failure message is different: } 550 <bogususer@pasicoea.com>, Recipient unknown ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ The failure message you posted said " No Such User Here". Check with your upstream ISP. They're the only visible MXes for your domain. Some mail server seems to think it's the final destination server - and of course your users don't exist there.
