Well the issue that might come up every once in a while is even if someone working for the said network were to 'see' your mail here, they can't start working on the issue if they don't have anything to go by. A traceroute and maybe the assigned IP address is the simplest/fastest thing to paste on a public forum..... either way I guess all is well that ends well.... If you run the network where the site is hosted, you can go further and post how the route is advertised, whether an upstream provider aggregates it, if its hosted locally and whether its supposed to be reached via KIXP, if you are a customer backhauled by the ISP you are having an issue with etc etc....
my point is give as much info as possible but at a bare minimum, provide a traceroute....
